Crippled Question

Should a ship that has been Crippled, be allowed to use the Special Action Overload Weapons?

I can't see why not

Crippled does not effect your ability to perform most Special Actions - although as it is crippled it only gets to fire one weapon.

A crippled ship is already under enough restrictions... why further penalize it?
and nothing in the RAW indicate that it shouldn't be allowed to use that SA.
