Looks like a bug variant of the Wolpertinger.

(and it's pott-ugly but it has some really cool parts)

Eh, I don't like it. It's big and weird, but overall not too interesting. It just wasn't sculpted or painted well.

I could possibly find a use for the tail and legs... maybe the claws to but not all at the same time on the same model...
