Could someone humor me?

I've always wanted to see a Battle Report for the Gorash 7 battle... the one between 4 Shadow Ships and a host of G'Quans. Looking at points breakdown, you get 3 G'Quans per Armageddan point.

So, maybe using vassal, could someone pit 4 Shadow Ships against 12 G'Quans? Just for grins and giggles...

Maybe we could do ALL the famous battles... :P

Just throwin' it out there. Throw it back if you don't like it.

Just seen the battle sequence you mentioned - there are only 6 G'Quan visible vs. the 4 Shadow Ships so may make balance a little difficult...

You could say that 4 Shadow Ships (@ Armageddon) is equivalent to the following selection which uses G'Quan variants:

War - G'Quanth
War - G'Quanth
War - G'Quanth
War - G'Quanth
Armageddon - G'Tal (with G'Sten raising the PL level)
War - G'Quanth
Patrol - Frazi Wing (x 12)

There are a lot of Frazi in that battle but that still may be too much (36 flights at the start!) - However you don't see any launched in the battle either so buy them separately may make sense?

Nice match-up Hash, but I think its better to go along the lines of the E-M war scenarios.

The points on each side don't have to be equal, as long as the Victory conditions are suitably adjusted. For example killing a Shadow Ship is much more of an achievement for the Army Of Light, than killing 2 G'Quan, which are like space popcorn really.

I would stick to the on-screen fleets: 4 Shadow Ships, versus 5 G'Quan and one G'Tal with G'Sten on board, plus a load of Frazi. Then make the victory conditions something fluff-worthy and balancing, I can't remeber the context of the battle off the top of my head.

Great idea to do all the famous battles. We could make game scenarios for them all, and submit them to S&P or something ;)

Blow out Centauri supply center to make them think Narns were launching major offensive and thus make Centauri hesitate and pull back long enough for Narns to regroup and rebuild enough fleet to change inevitable loss into victory for Narns.
