If you perform a Bull's Charge against a target that is flat-footed, does the target still get the attack of opportunity on the charging character? Or, does the defender lose this due to being flat-footed?
So, that's a pretty deadly first move if you've got initiative. You get 2 attacks at -2, but you are -4 for defense. Yet the target is flatfooted and easy to hit with those attacks. He might not get to take advantage of that -4 defense penalty on you.
Keep in mind that your opponent might not be able to take advantage of your -4 to Defense but anyone else who can act in the current round can (and likely will).
Tis why they say "Fools charge in..." and all that.
