Conan Initiative - something for the FAQ?

Initiative in Conan is Dex Bonus + Reflex Save Bonus, yes? (Book not handy) But because Dex Bonus is already part of Reflex Save Bonus, isn't it getting added in twice? Looking for a clarification...

That is correct. The Dex bonus is not applied twice. However, feats like Improved Initiative and Lightning Reflexes add in to it.

Yes, I beleive that the intent was to not apply miscelaneous Reflex Save bonuses to initiative.

Good point, so basically Conan's initiative is the same as D&D, plus base Reflex save bonus, but not miscellaneous Reflex save bonues (whatever they are?).

I was told by Paul Tucker that the Lightning Reflexes (which adds to Reflex save) save also adds to initiative.
