Will all the Romulan Ships get a "Cloaked" Miniature, and if so, will they be available in Blisters or only boxed sets?

And as a follow up question, what about the Orion Pirates?

1. Romulan clocked miniatures: I don't know.
2. Yes, Orions will get clocked miniatures eventually. This was announced in the articles on ACTASF in ADB's magazine, Captain's Log. You can download the relevant article for free, but I'm far too tired to hunt up a link for you.

Is that why we have police boats, to clock starships over the warp speed limits?

Or perhaps it's a fleet of FedEx couriers, which have a reputation for being On Time, Every Time.

Oh, I know -- it's the Klingon fleet, after the Federation cleans their clock!
