Hi guys. I have been allowing initiative to go negative, but recently have been considering not allowing this. Has anyone been playing like this already?

If this happens, the character gets no actions that move (normally a result of injury, or using a very high recoil weapon on full auto, or lots of dodging and parrying, or a combination of those 3).
The next move, with dynamic iniative, most of the negative factors will be removed, so the character will be able to act again, though probably still be low on the initiative order.
What if they rolled two on init, and have a dex of 0, so -3? I would be inclined to allow one major action every 2 moves, as the character is clearly badly injured and very unlucky. In practice, have never known this to happens as if a character is that injured he is usually unconscious and out of the fight.
