Hey kids, as you may have seen on some other posts, I've been running a campaign at our gaming club for about 9 weeks now. I've a big starmap, and almost all my players are really into it, no matter how much they whine. Problem is (ALL SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND GAMING B5 PLAYERS STOP HERE) all of them suck... see I told you to stop up there. Seriously though, I had a plan, because the EA player was leaping away with the campaign, when he hit a certain threshold of occupied planets, I was going to end the campaign with a mega battle, a chunk of each enemy fleet hitting his most well defended world (which would be his whole fleet, B5 probably, and orbital defenses) to try and assault the planet. Then somebody suggested solidarity, and all the players jumped his holdings and brought him down to the level of the rest. Being number 2, I got jumped this week (2 games left this week, we'll see how that goes). I'm sticking to the 'first player to threshold wins' but I want to do something interesting to end it. Well? Fire away.
