The description says it works against flat-footed foes, it also needs to be a full attack action.
I guess this feat has little oportunity of being used in actual combat. What I understand is that it could be used oly on the first round of combat to get a foe flat-footed, or if opponents are fully unaware of the character (sneaking behind someone useen and unheard).
Could it work against an opponent that has been feinted in one round, so he will loose his dex or str bonus to dv on the next? Would that count as being flatt-footed, since the opponent is subject of a sneak attack?
On what kind of scenarios could this feat be used?
