brakiri colour scheme pics

seems like a whole brakiri thing going on at the mo?
any way see what you think of these?

Nice colours, but more at home on the Minbari or Abbai than Brakiri, I think...

yea, you could be right, but my missus plays minbari and loves em blue, so i wanted something on those lines, that would also complement my abbai fleet

I like them too, nice to see them out of their standard green, as if they are from another large corporation I would like to see other races ships with non-standard colours but the same schemes. Again the different colours could signify different fleets based in different areas etc

I am guessing from the close ups that you used an air brush or spray can?

It's a refreshing change to see ships in non standard colours. Although i would have reveresed them to have the dark colour at the back of the ship.

Painting the bases so they don't look like part of the ships will help. Also, some definition for the panel lines would be good.

But, as I have said, very nice.

bases,? then i realised, lol. these were taken straight after spraying, all my bases are black,
gold detailing has also been done on the courami.

If it's not too much trouble, would you mind taking a scale shot of the Corumai alongside something from another range? Centauri if you can. I want to get a feel for how big it is...

yep no worries, its not as long as a victory but its higher, heavier,and bigger on the back end.
i think its nicely in scale with the avioki/tashkat and the fighters look suitabley small.

I have to agree, it is big but I don't like it. It's like a large slab of metal.

Shame, as it means I can't bring myself to add one to my Brakiri fleet. Maybe I will have to do a conversion or something.

i dont know i may be in the minority, but i quite like the adira model, it certainly has a presence on the table.
i would paint it the "proper"? centauri purple not the girly lilac in the pics though
