I have a query concerning the wording in the Combat Manoeuvre sheet:

"If attack penetrates AP and wounds..."

"Compare remaining damage vs locations AP, excess damage reduces AP, if reduced to zero, remainder wounds"

Especially in the first example, does it mean only actual wounding (serious/major) or does it also mean taking 'normal' damage?

I would interpret that as any damage done.

In the Sunder example, if I do 10 damage and you have 4 armour, the armour reduces me to 6, 4 points of damage is done to the armour, and the remainder (2) "wounds" your location for 2HP damage, which might be a Major Wound if you're really low on HP there.
