Out of Command not needed as it changes from action to action turn to turn by the time you need to know its quicker to measure so again id scarp that.

Damages counters (used on vehicles)
only 3 counters, but minamalism is good
we may also need smoke counters, but like you said till the book comes out who knows
another idea is maybe had dice with symbols on them so one dice is every counter., i use the old epic order dice for games alot to sgow different effects and it works well.
