BF Evo Doubles Tournament - April 7th

Hi guys,

We will be announcing the first official BF Evo tournament next week - however, spaces are very limited, so we are giving regular visitors to the forum an advanced heads up.

The full Tournament Pack will be posted next week, but you will need a 750 point force and a partner - if you do not have the latter, or just fancy taking pot luck (!), we will assign you a partner on the day. However, if you want to team up with a friend, you can do so.

so has it now moved from 14th to 7th ? if cool and i wont need to sleep at lowrollers, wich is sorta a shame as was lookin forward to a few drinks and games, but still good.

soon as my mate pete gets back from work (not LBH) i shall get our selves down for tourney just need to decide what im going to use.

i am not sure what army i wish to use till i know for how certain i can get hold of wave 2 stuff, or evan wave 3, if i ave the official cards but modles arnt available on dy to my army list can i use proxies ? ie versions modled and painted up in a suitable manor for example HWWMV's being shadows ?

I'kll either end up with Low Roller or Reborn as my partner. Depends on how many of LR's crew end up coming, I'll know tomorrow night hopefully.

EDIT : will you and your partner be feilding a joint army on the same table, or be playing in different battles and the results merged somehow?

guese we will find out in rules pack. if we both ahve to use the same faction there will be alot of british, if we have to use different factions than our partner that would ensure a good spread.

WE want a tournament on theh left side of the pond - the midwest would be good - like the Alliance distributors warehouse in Ft Wayne Indiana or the US HQ in Dayton Ohio

Worst comes to the worst I'll pair up with someone on the day, now all I need to do is put Mongoose HQ on speed dial and wait for office hours to roll around.
