In spite of the terribly inaccurate deckplans (but, hey, it's a classic) my vote goes to Adventure 7: Broadsword. Although it was the first ever module I bought for any game ever, I only got to run it a couple of years ago. That makes it 20 years after purchase ...
Anyway, it was great for us, because we ran it backwards - the players were a bunch of rebels who had to fight off the Broadsword mercs while trying to get the Zhodanis to commit their commandoes and liaising with the Sword Worlds mechanised battalion without them getting ideas about "who would be king". It went on for months of play-time, with many non-scripted side adventures.
