Bad castings- who to contact

The local game store just started playing B5; so I cracked open the gaming closest, pulled out the EA ships I had in blisters and madly started assembly.

While many ships have excessive flash, no biggie. A few seconds with a knife cleans them up nicely.

The problem is the thunderbolt fighters from the EA reinforcements box set- 6 of the fighters are unusable. Either various chunks of the wings are missing, or actually fused to get (not removable as in solid metal).

My question(s) are, what is Mongoose's replacement policy, and who should I contact?

Actually "Whomever you bought them from" seems to be the best option...

As Lorcan Nagle said just dont stress out the shop not there fault

I suggest the shop because I had an issue drag on for months for a couple of parts I tried to resolve via Mongoose... My shop fixed it in a week once notified, and most of that was because the replacements were backordered from Mongoose!
