At You Throat: Map scale and errata?

I'm using At Your Throat (from Signs and Portents 62) for some demos and wondered if anyone had any ideas of the scale of the map? Also the key doesn't match the map. I think I've figured it out, but would welcome other's thoughts.

I found that too and just winged it. There also aren't any internal maps.
