Arms & Equipment: Skill Penalty for Armour?

I got my copy of Arms and Equipment today and I noticed that whilst there were plenty of refernces to the skill penalty on Dex-based skills for wearing armour, and cunning ways top reduce that penalty, the skills penalty was not listed for any of the new armour in the book (or indeed the old armour from the core rules).

Is this an error and a column has been missed from the armour tables or has the skill penalty been scraped?

The penalty is equal to the total armour points on every hit location
