I will be running VaS Saturday, 4/14 starting at 11:00 AM at
Lost Goblin Games in Raleigh.
The matches will be one-on-one as follows :
Scenario :

Victory at Sea
Fleet Nationality :

Only one (1) nationality within fleet
Fleets :
----------
Players will have four (4) fleet allocation points to build
their fleet at Priority Level : Battle
Be aware if selecting ships of a "higher" priority level cost :
War + 1 allocation point
Aircraft :
-----------
1) Those players choosing aircraft carriers may start with
half of their fights in the air at the start of their match.
2) Land-based aircraft will be permitted as part of fleet
construction point allocation.
Game Length :

10 turns
Optional Rules in-effect :
-------------------------
1) Secondary guns can do critical hits if target ship has armor 2
2) No more than 1/2 ( .5) of an allocation point may be spent on
submarines
Victory / Defeat :
