Will OOB be out before the event?

If not could you put out the amendments FAQ with OOB before the event to correct some of the fleet balance problems?

Cool. Solves most of the problems I'd have with it. I'm probably going to go British or Japanese. I've already got a Japanese tournament fleet painted.

It is a shame we can't take OOB out for a spin, as that opens up an awful lot of new tournament fleet possibilities.
