Adaptation Question/Traveller

Come to think of it, what are the chances of Mongoose getting the rights to adapt the RCN series for MG Traveller? I am more interested in the RCN series than I am in the Hammer's Slammers series.

I think I'm looking for official comment on this--are there any plans to make a Traveller setting which is based upon David Drake's Republic of Cinnabar Navy setting (as opposed to his Hammer's Slammers series, which I have never read)?

Alot of times when we are dealing with a license we can't comment on things...many times because we simply do not know.

Do not take the silence as a sledgehammer of "NO"...Matthew has plans within plans, my friend; and when they come to light you all will know about them.

As for tha actual topic of the thread...I have absolutely no idea.
