Activate Talents - HELP

Please help me with this very simple question that has been bugging me for ages.
For example, if I use Stealth (Activate: Move) do I....

A) Spend a Move Action then spend my second action going into Stealth.
B) Spend my first Action as I please then use my second Action to Move and thus end my phase in Stealth.
C) Spend my first Action by declaring I'm going into Stealth then my second Action Moving.

..or something else. To be honest the explanation of how Activate Talents work isn't clear enough for me for some reason. Help, please!

C is right. Activate is a form of special action used to, well, activate a talent.

So the Aim talent requires one action of Activate and one of shooting. In essence, the character takes an action aiming.
