Is a correct that G'Stern has superior versions of of both

Lucky and Revered Leader? should they in fact be the same as the standard ability for Admirals?

G'Sten is a cut above the average admiral!

(All three Admirals in the rulebook are 'Advanced' Admirals with more capable abilities then the standard admiral traits.)

While G'Sten's Lucky is clearly better than standard, his Revered Leader isn't necessarily better. He gets unlimited CQ rerolls for his own ship only, whereas the standard version gets one CQ reroll per ship in the fleet. In some situations his would be better, in others the standard version would be better.

The limit of which ships G'sten can be used on is a pain, I want to put him on my G'Vrahn.
