Are the ACTA Star Fleet ships resin, plastic, or metal?

Majority are metal, with the exception of the biggest ships which are Resin
The ships were originally resin, but there were many quality control problems, and they stopped making them. The new ships are metal, with some exceptions for the very largest ships (Klingon C8 is resin body with metal engines, Romulan Condor is resin, don't know about the Kzinti).
At times you will still encounter folk trying to sell off old stock and you would be wise to confirm that they are metal and not resin. Resin ships can be cheaper, but you will find that you probably will have to invest more time in fixing them up than you'd like to.

The Kzinti dreadnought is a resin body with metal engines.
The Klingon C8 dreadnought is a one piece, resin body with metal engines.
The Romulan Condor is a one-piece, resin mini.
All others are now in metal, including the Federation and Gorn dreadnoughts.
Not sure about the new battleships coming out, but I'd guess they follow the same path as the dreadnoughts.
The Federation BB is metal.
The Gorn BB will probably be metal.
