question Im missing something on sheilds. do they rebuild every turn or just ware down and not go back up? i cant find anything in the rules that really explian the sheild rules.

Thats what I thought but it wasnt clear. The reason i asked was in other SF battles games the shields are set by power but that doesnt happen this game so i just needed an opinion from someone else.
