I have a question concerning the masters of destruction special rule of the Dilgar. The rules says that all ad which score a crit gain dd(for Pulsars)/td (for bolters). Does this also carry over to the damage for the crit? So, if a crit from a bolter would normally cause 8 additional damage and 4 crew, it would the be 12 and 6 respectively?

Yes it does, your numbers are correct. That 1 hit is calculated as though it had Triple Damage, that means 3 damage and 3 crew plus a roll on the systems table (tripled), whereas all the solid hits are double damage.

One additional question. The Ochlavita is armed with Energy and Quad Pulsars. Per the MoD-Rules, only pulsars and light pulsars are effected. Does this mean that scatter pulsars, energy pulsars and quad pulsars do not score double damage when scoring a crit?

All three get MoD. They are types of pulsar.

The Quad Pulsar system is something I would have expected, if the Dilgar had survived longer as a race, they would have leveraged heavily across their fleet. I can certainly see conjectural ships that would mount these systems on Rohrics, and they would be almost certain refits (both systems) to the Khatrik, Mankhat, and (likely) the Garasoch.

Also, should the miniature line be expanded to some of the other old AoG miniatures, it would be a natural refit to the Leskrati.
