ACTA - Crew Quality for ISA and Vree

Vree Telepathy (SFoS - P144) indicates that Vree ships gain +1 to CQ checks and damage control.

Do they Vree ships retain this +1 bonus when they are part of:

a. A combined league fleet
b. A raider fleet
c. An ISA fleet

Also when part of an ISA fleet, Rangers (SFoS - P97) indicate that ISA gain a +1 Bonus to Crew Quality score...would this stack with Vree Telepathy?

i.e. A Vree ship within an ISA fleet would have a CQ of 5 (thanks to Rangers ability) and receive a +1 bonus to CQ checks and damage control due to Vree Telepathy (Effectively having a CQ of 6!)

Vree do keep their telepathy as part of combined fleets (see SFoS p114).

Allies do not get the rangers CQ bonus, so Vree don't get +2 because the Vree are not rangers.

ISA with Vree scouts is a great fleet. Rerolling those pesky 1AD neutron lasers is a boon.
