Here in the States, well in Kentucky, I think that still counts, there's an annual Sci-Fi modeling convention called WonderFest. I've always wanted to go, but haven't made it yet. It's held every May.

CultTVman.com has a good photo spread of some of the models featured there and of course, Mongoose made a small contribution.

Maybe all the pics aren't up yet, but it's interesting that GW wasn't represented this year. Hurm....

Always does, I'm afraid - Trek produced a lot of different kits. Still with all the new designs and kitbashes, it makes me think that there was a contest or something.

I remember a few years ago it was all Starfuries.
