Absolutley Daft Question On Crew Points

This is so basic I'm ashamed to ask it, but:

Crew Points. Is one Crew Point automatically lost for every point of
Damage incurred? I've had a look through the rules and can't seem to
find clairification on this.

I'm assuming that is the case, but just wanted to be sure.

No, only damage. Crew is only lost through fires and criticals.
It is different to ACTA in this respect.

who have just sprnug back to life in my Med. Campaign Game...!

For each fire not put out each turn thats 2 crew dead as well...

Got my rules, have not had a chance to play..
