a bit large but ...

Uriel Ventis

Mongoose
In all my models I have , I find an unfinished one

Look like a very big armageddon ship

Seriously this model is too large but maybe a smaller one could make a good battlewagon. Think to a raider who retrieve an old revenge of the siths DVD and therefore he decide to build his own battlewagon ?

Based on some of the things these ships (Acclamator class) are stated to be capable of, canon, the author of Incredible Cross Sections (accepted by LucasArts as lower level canon) gives a rough, raw- energy firepower output.
Roughly two teratons a salvo.
No, that is not a typo. When LucasArts and their licensees state something like 'uses more energy for a single hyperspace jump than most planetary nations expend thoughout their history' or 'enough firepower to reduce a civilised world to slag',
they actually mean it literally.
There are people out there prepared to back their numbers up with relentless argument- and worse, photographic analysis.

Keep it away. Keep it very, very far away.

Based on some of the things these ships (Acclamator class)...
"Venator class" actually. The Arrowhead shaped battleship from Episode-III is the Venator.
The Acclamator was the wedge-shaped troop transport from Episode-II.

But you're right. The really funny thing is that this ship supposedly has 420 fighters on board, while the later, more advancedand roughly 30% larger ImpStar has only 72... isn't technological progress in star wars a nice thing?

I could be wrong but isnt the ISD supposed to carry 72 SQUADRONS of Ties? Again Im not sure off the top of my head Im not that big a Star Wars geek, I love the movies but I long ago grew up way past the point of even considering Star Wars in any way Science Fiction. Its a fairy tale in space. Sure it has plenty of cool laser cannons etc but as SNJ mentioned there are fansites out there where some very psychotic people religiously try and justify everything in the movies as scientific fact. I did once try posting a friendly thread on one such board, oh boy was THAT ever a mistake!

You would not BELIEVE tha flaming they unleashed for daring to suggest that Star Wars was perhaps not written with scinetific litteracy in mind :P

No its not 72 squadrons  that would be funny especially as a SSD has 144 listed. Dont forget tho that not only does the ISD have a lovely fighter complement but also has a significant landing contingent too.
