I notice that the front cover of the 2nd Edition shows Babylon4. Does that mean we get specs for this glorious space station to hold minbari/shadow conflicts from the last great war?
Or just teases?

No, I'm afraid not.

Although detailed space station rules are one of the things being considered for the future, so never say never.
