2nd ed. ACTA Mini Beam Question

My friends and I had a large argument about the subject of Mini Beams.

One of our group (A Minbari player.) insists that although his primary Beams can no longer take advantage of 'Concentrate All Fire' or a Scout 'Redirect Fire', his Mini Beams CAN.

We are at a bit of an impasse here.

Any way some of you could help us out on this one?

Mini-beam is a different trait to Beam. Only weapons with the Beam, Twin-linked or Energy Mine cannot gain re-rolls from CAF or scouts. Therefore, mini-beams can.
