2300AD Traveller Character Generation Cheatsheet / Checklist

HI,

I was really wrestling with character creation for 2300AD, with having to go back and forth across each book, so in my efforts over the weekend to just get each step listed down so that I wouldn't miss anything I ended up creating what may be a helpful tool.

I realized that my final document, now at several pages of tasks and tables could be of use for other GM's and Player's alike out there, so here is Rev 1. Let me know if you see any mistakes or want to take a shot at improving on it. I've included the word document, but also the pdf in case this doesn't format right.

Also, I'm working on a fillable character sheet, should be done with that tonight. Thank you Matt for giving me permission to publish this check list.

I've skimmed the PDF (meaning there might be errors but I'll post back later if you're looking for errata?) all looks fine and good to me and it's a handy reference sheet.

I had similar issues with the back and forth between books so I knocked up a (mostly finished) excel sheet for 2300 chargen that lacks pretty but works fairly well, what it lacks at the moment is an automated summary page, I'll get to that sometime soonish...

I think the lack of comments might reflect the lower numbers on this board who play 2300, most here aren't short an opinion :roll:

Being a Traveller player too I hang out here as well as CotI (tho not as often as I used to) and at SFRPG. Are there others with a leaning to 2300 you'd recommend?
