So ADB can't go past Y225 or just haven't gotten to it yet?

So in the Plasma Cannonades description it says it can fire every turn, yet the weapon system says it has the Reload trait. This means that it WOULDN'T be able to fire every turn. What is the proper way? Reload and fire every other turn, or DOES it fire every turn?

I've seen success with APTE behind a Klingon ship and getting a Rear or side Boresight. A Constitution will get 6 phaser-1's. A Wolverine can get a side shot of 8ad. A Kirov can get 8AD broadside or 6AD rear.

I tried the Velociraptor ship out this weekend without lumbering. So much more appealing without it, as it has more Phasers than most Gorn ships. I like these changes.
