Quite simply, can you move over another ship ? Friendly or enemy ? VaS states that you cannot end your move on top of another ship, but given sufficient movement, you could clear that other vessel, so ?

I like to magnetise the bases of my miniatures (by gluing a magnetic strip underneath), because it greatly eases storage and transport (a cookie tin is all you require).

Above are the ships that are finished and based, although Scharnhorst is the only one with a magnetised base so far. Below is my first based submarine, a type XXI right hand side on the surface, left submerged at periscope depth.
