hideeho i understand you can not buy down & then back up. can you buy down twice? for example, 1 war point=1 bat, 1 raid, 2 skir; then 1 raid=2 skir; total fleet 1 war=1 bat, 4 skir. if the pl were 2 bat this would be unquestionable. l8rcu waflet
