I'd agree with this

Personally, I'd see these as a separate product. One which, I too, would pay for. Where there's a page or half a page per ship, I want an image that shows me what the ship looks like rather than a deck plan I need a magnifying glass to look at.

I just hope, in future books, they remember that large ship deck plans don't need to have low levels of detail. A general ship plan is good enough and far clearer. Mongoose did this well with the Babylon 5 Station Guide, but failed in High Guard. e.g. Simple plan drawings or a simple cutaway...

Reminds me of an old post on another forum. Discussions about a Fantasy version of Traveller. Somebody did a mock-up of the box set, based on the Classic Traveller design.

The best would be to carry on from where the series left off. If they could get the cast back. The events in Serenity would be at some point in the future. Plan one or two series before the events set up in Serenity come to pass (i.e. Book and Inara leave the ship). Mal obviously knows more...

The Cold Equations plus The Ragged Edge covers the second season (2259). This campaign should keep you and your players going for quite a while. I'd recommend those, having run this campaign myself. I'm not sure that Into the Crucible got published anywhere but the Deconstruction of Falling...

The PDFs display fine on my Kindle, but I've got the 9.7" screen (it's about the size of an A4 book). I'd also like to see books in the Kindle format. However, I don't think the tables would convert very well. The format is very good for text, but not so good where advanced formatting or...

That's an extremely nice ship and plan. With a starfield background image on the model, perfect for displaying in a book somewhere. Plan on one page and external shot with stat block on another.

Personally, I don't believe any government has the competence to run this sort of cover up campaign without something coming out in the way of evidence. I am comforted by the general incompetence of large organisations. Because of this, I'll go with option A.

I like the idea of "running out the guns" before a combat. Sure, it takes up internal volume but surely maintenance becomes easier than crawling around on the hull.
