Rules question, Knowledge military tactics?
Hi, I'm playing in a RQ game and I took the skill Knowledge, Military Tactics. So far Im at a loss on how to use it in game. Even empires didn't provide any options (and I had hoped it would) Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any ideas.
