I think I found a problem, but am not sure if it is in the spreadsheet or the rulebook (or me). In High Guard Update 2022, page 64 (Space Stations, step 2), it is stated that a manoeuver drive with Thrust 0 consumes tonnage equal to 0.25% of a space station’s total hull and costs MCr1 per ton...
