As it stands right now, I have no idea if I'll be playing either one. I've been following the playtest, and so far nothing in MGT impresses me enough to switch from CT. I have a mountain of CT supplements and adventures that would take years for Mongoose to recreate, and probably never will... -

I agree. I don't think that's necessarily true. I would call that an advantage, not a disadvantage. Let's face it, the Charted Space/third Imperium setting has an undeniably retro feel compared to more contemporary, bleeding-edge sci-fi, but that's actually a selling point, imho. While...
