Yea, I use 40k as is. I just add the 10" reaction rule, and 40K CC as is, but have the models break at the end of the round like BFE. That way, the next player may countercharge or run, ect. Seem to work.

Tell ya why I think not. They do not make a 1/64 line, or even a 1/60 line. That would mean a complete retooling for a small market. Much more likely a computer firm. But, time will tell. Until then it is just fun to speculate.
