Wow :!: ... this is a surprise. I thought the gist of the text was suggesting this, but then the thing about magnitude being exactly like the Runequest rule book swayed me.
I like your clarification much better - it suits the style of the game more.

So what does a character have to do to be allowed to name his weapon? Win several contests...
Are there any better quality maps of the Slaine world available? Especially more detailed maps of the four different lands of the north tribes.
Perhaps in colour?
As this is also a D20 game, I am optimistic that there will be some PDF or JPG maps good enough for printing. Can anyone help...
First off, I would like to say that I love the Slaine setting for RQ... Prior to purchasing the book I have had no exposure to the Slaine world (but plenty of exposure to celtic mythology). It is pretty much exactly the world I wanted to run my campaigns in.
