    New 100 ton Free Trader

BTW Unless MGT is different. I seem to remember that one needs a Steward to be able to take High Passages. I don't believe that you can pass those duties off to the Pilot/Operator. Also, I agree with GypsyComet. You should show the ships costs not including the Robot or the Gas Giant Skimming...

    Traveller Miniatures

I have a 15mm Open AirRaft that was made by one of the smaller Manufactuers back in the late 80's. It came with 2 crewpeople in VacSuits that looked a bit like frogs. The company who sold it also made miniatures for Arduin (before Emperors Choice)IIRC. I really need to finish painting it. I wish...

    Traveller Miniatures

Yeah, I got a box set of the Grenadier Adventurers. They are 25mm, but don't look that out of place with my Hasslefree and Reaper minis. I am still hoping to get lucky and find the Grenadier Imperial Marines. There's got to be some boxes of those outthere somewhere with someone willing to part...

    Traveller Miniatures

Having a large army of StormTroopers and Clone Troopers was quite nice when we were playing StarWars. I have been a bit hesitant to pull out the SW minis for Traveller as I don't want to imply that my campaign is like StarWars. Some of the individual figures are ok and fit for adventurers...

Twilight Sector (55% OFF - 23 March only)

Dude, you are the reason that I am currently playing Traveller again. Your 1248 stuff made the Imperium fun again. Thanks for your great work. Tasha

    Some questions regarding Traveller

What we are saying is that High Tech weapons come with Grav Stabilization built into the weapon system. The Grav system works a lot like the lower technology Gyro Stabilized systems, only better and able to stabilize weapons with larger recoil like Plasma and Fusion guns.

    Some questions regarding Traveller

IIRC high Tech FGMP and PGMP's are all grav Compensated for recoil, so shouldn't cause any problems from firing while using a grav Belt

    chameleon armor effects

There was a prototype suit that used LEDs and cameras to create the invisibility effect. The person in the suit almost looked invisible, you could kind of see the folds in the material. I imagine that mapping a microdot camera to a set of microdot LED/LCD pixels would make a pretty good cloak...

    ITouch App for characters

None that I have seen for the iPod Touch or the iPhone (or iPad for that matter). I guess one could format a PDF for that size screen and use one of the wonderful PDF readers available for the iOS platform. Tasha

Nice, I should be able to convert that into my Trav TNE Hero Game nicely :D

    Traveller Miniatures

The GZG 25mm are kind of blocky and ugly, and I don't really care for 15mm. http://khurasanminiatures.tripod.com/28mmscifi.html They have some nice looking figs that I can buy as Imp Marines. Though honestly, they have a bit of the Warhammer 40k Look. Also found...

    Traveller Miniatures

Yes I am aware of the line, and they do have some minis that fit for Generic Travellers. I am a bit OCD about my minis, and for me having the correct minis with correct weapons (ie Imp Gauss weapons, Imp ACRs, etc), and correct looking armor make a huge difference...

    Traveller Miniatures

Yeah, I should have picked up a set of those Grenadier Traveller minis when I could. Unfortunatly, I was young and semi poor at the time. I have a full set of the SJ Games 15mm Cardboard Heroes, and somewhere I have a couple of blisters of the Original Martian Metals 15mm Traveller figs. What...

    Traveller Miniatures

I would love to buy some Traveller minis. Not minis that are "close enough", but some actually licenced Traveller Miniatures. I wonder if Mongoose has thought about releasing some. Right now I could use a Squad of Marines in Battle Dress. Some PCs in Naval Uniforms could be cool too. Am I the...
