So if, in the third example, the target ship is fired on again, the shields would still stop some of the damage, but in the other examples, subsequent shots hit and unshielded ship?

Could someone give me an explination and example of how Burn Out and Double Burn work? Do weapons with these traits only drop the shields or do they drop shields AND do damage.

As I am still a few days away from getting my ACTA: Star Fleet book, I cracked out the B5 2ed book and taught my 8-year old daughter to play. I gave her a White Star and took a Centurion. She won both games, coming from the brink to win the second. I can't wait to show her ACTA:SF

I took out my copy of B5:ACTA lately and was reminded of the bad binding. Any problem with this in the new rulebook?

Just got the email from thewarstore, the items are shipping today. Should be here by next Friday. YAY! Woops, just noticed, no ship reference cards. Well better than nothing.

I just checked the War Store. Com and they have the rulebook in stock. Unfortunately for me I also ordered the ship cards so I have to wait until they come in for my order.
