Is the 1st Edition GM Screen compatible with 2nd Edition rules? I have 2nd ED rules, but the only GM screen my local game store carries is 1st ED. Thanks! Ted

I'm currently playing a mini-campaign solitaire. An aircraft carrier was crippled by torpedoes from a U-boat. Can a crippled carrier launch & retrieve aircraft? I didn't think it could, but I can't find it specifically mentioned in the rules.
