Thanks for the offer but NeilFord fixed it up for me. For some reason when I print from Word to the Distiller printer it gets about 2/5 of the way through 'preparing to background print' then locks up completely. I don't know why - tried reinstalling Distiller but it doesn't seem to make any...

I'm working on it. I can only apologise for the delay - it's an unexpectedly sticky project. I'm under orders to get it done by the end of the month and I'll try my best to meet that deadline. I'm on 'Serpent, Winged' at the moment...
