Is there any chance the multiplayer books will be collected into thicker tombs later on? For example I would love to see the rules and classes between the core multiplayer book, the "Heroes of Magnamud" book and the "Book of the Magnakai" comined into one hardback.

I pre ordered off Dark Quest Book's site in February 2010. Not only does this no longer have any kind of release date but they have not returned any emails to me since that time. I have since moved and have no way of alerting them to my new address. I would not pre-order.

Is the crystal explosive device and or the kai sleeping crystal usable once you leave the monastery ? I chose to hold onto them and not use them at first but then completed book one without using them... Or is there an optional branch later on that uses them, that I just missed ? Seemed kinda...

If I purchased books 1 - 5 at the same time, will I have to wait until book five is printed for them to ship ? Or will they ship them out one at a time as they arrive from the printer ? I would expect the former really.. but ive been waiting since May ... so im hoping for the later.
