I'd certainly say so; though to be fair, everywhere else Staterooms are mentioned, they're described as having a small kitchen area; which to my mind implies something a (little bit) grander - and at 0.1Mcr per dton of space, non of those will break the bank - after all, at 0.1Mcr per dton...
