Uh, as with everything Elric most likely 'slipped' to September release. That and the fact I think I read somewhere it would either come out in the last week of August or the first week of September. Also, the reason it is not on the September listing is probably because the staff at Mongoose...

Races of Glorantha has the hide/skin at 2AP... Monster Coliseum has it at 3AP... ...and the Core has it at 1AP. Hm, I think for the purposes of the Glorantha Setting I'll go with what is in the Races of Glorantha book, treating the hide AP as 2.

If you thinking that several chapters may 'blaze' through the ranks then how about employing an XP cap, say a PC makes enough XP to reach a new rank in the middle of say Mungoda Gold then cap any further gains, replacing with other rewards (Renown, etc.). It worked back in the days when playing...

Just played through Gallows Wood in the Elven Crystals on Monday with three 1st Rank PCs... Everything was fine until the PCs came to the Tower and made off with the sword. Chased by the Titan into the Elven Graves the Barbarian got pummelled badly by the buffering between the Titan and the Air...

If memory serves the Demonist followed on from a two-part RQ demonology article by Dave Morris. I wonder if In from the Cold will include the Porphyr demon, which was a demonic vampire of sorts?

Uh, Mongoose site of upcoming releases has it slated for Nov 2010. So that'll be one to get then, alongside Incorporated Vol. 1 and Elric for RQII... Rules for Demonologist...uh-huh.

Got it today at midday - The intro/chapter 1 gives a history of Ereworn complete with narrative in italics, which takes up 2 pages, and a map. The map gave me some confusion until I realised that Skull Island must lie on the river which almost splits Ereworn in two (p.150 of the core book)...

Well the book covers are not curved outwards, lying nice and flat on the bench. The pages are glued, yet the page layout is nice and clear.

I quite liked the sorcerer, and the mystic, the latter because of the 'psychic' abilities which kind of appealed to me at the time - simply because Dragon Warriors was the first game I came across to have psychic powers. I always thought that the Sorcerer could probably do with more "Skills of...
