Well I'm still waiting for my Sov Judges I ordered on the 14th of April. Last I heard they were supposed to "follow in 7 days", that was 11 days ago and they've yet to be noted as "shipped" on the order page.
Would be great to get responses to the above questions (and preferably also a comment about why the Satellat got such a hefty nerf, still waiting on my Sov Judges, so only proxed them a few times to try them out).
In the meantime I've got a few more questions. Normal armour does not stack (with...
Yes, it's a boost that will die on average to the first Punk with a Zip Gun that decides to shoot at it, since unless you hide it behind a wall all game (making it's "free gun" pointless) it's gonna be just about impossible to give it any sort of cover.
Even the people I play with thought it...
Trying again here with a few questions.
With the +5 armour removed from the Mercenary Mutant, should people use the Desperadoes Mutation table instead? Otherwise the Merc Mutant has a max armour of +3 for the same price.
Having a Satellat automatically count as destroyed when killed seems a...
There's a turn limit?
And since we're talking basic rules anyway, what are the dimensions of a standard JDMG board? The deployment zone measurements and the actual pictures seem slightly conflicting or at the very least confusing at times
The armour mutations for the Mercenary Mutant is +3 at it's highest (which was why a lot of people assumed it combined with it's +5 armour, as otherwise it would make no sense to use it at all!)
Having a Satellat automatically count as destroyed when killed seems a little harsh given they are...
I'll have to admit I'm basing this opinion purely on a rules standpoint as I'm not too well-versed in Judge Dredd Fluff yet (I'm trying to read up on it though :P)
We had a discussion regarding Disarming Shot (the judge talent) which states you lose your weapon unless you win the battle. How does this work for models that don't have any weapon options (or can only exchange their gun for something else, Judge varieties for instance)? A Punk would just be...
I'm currently working on a campaign system based on the Necromunda territory system, I don't know how similar the two are but if it's of interest I'll submit that once I'm done with it.
Thank you for the reply, I'm looking forward to any future Block Wars update!
I've made the appropriate changed to our groups houserules document, where we were looking for rules clarifications and will speak with them about some of the other things (like the Vid Rep). Have a nice day :)
A requirement of Infiltrator is that you must place the model within 15" of another member of the force, so unless they add a special exception or you houserule it (which seems a valid approach to me) you would be unable to place an Infiltrating model if there are no other models placed (Though...
