Mutant Chronicles / Warzone / Chronopia Evolution ?

Paradox Entertainment is the owner of the copyright. To be honest, however, I think that Warzone would lose a lot of its appeal in the "conversion process"... I like Evo and I'm a great fan of Warzone (I'm organizing a tournament next week :D ) - but they are two different games with two...

    Errata, please.

They should not - Jaegers don't use APCs in RL ;) Marines transport infantry in LAV-25s, but the squads using LAV-25s are different to the normal "rifle" squads. You want an errata - use Scream's and mine cardpacks from the evocommand site - they may still be WIP, but they have all you want :P

    NEW MC books?

And all three (IdZ too) are supposed to provide pretty much the same functionality ;)

Released! Tread-Head: Armored Combat in WW2

Ok... ancient weapons... Yes, a pointy stick, knife, spear, arrow or bolt kills as well as a bullet does. You have to consider a few things, however: 1) The range of these weapons - modern assault rifle has an effective range of roughly 400 meters. You may make an accurate shot with MODERN bow...

Released! Tread-Head: Armored Combat in WW2

I could swear I've seen discussion like this one before... That's quite good point. Game in which one side enjoys such superiority would be extremely boring. Even something like 20 years gap in technological advancement makes vehicle (not infantry) combat very one-sided (take Operation Desert...

looking for 1/72 russian vehicles and 1/72 plastic infantry

Orion does plastic modern russians - look for Russian Modern Federals.

    The Witcher

The game describes a few (six) elixirs and mentions that there are more (it's up to GM ;) ). It also mentions, that some of them may be poisonous to non-witchers. Elixirs can't hurt you. The skills are not broken down that far. There's one skill for armed combat, one for unarmed, one for ranged...

    The Witcher

No, your take on the game world is ok. The thing is - the rules provide you with option to play an elf or another demi-human, if you want to. The books had quite a lot demi-human characters, some of them played quite prominent roles. The job of limiting the party to a selection of characters...

    The Witcher

Well, the players may want to play e.g. a Scotia'el commando group - so why limit them? In reality it is not so bad - after all a typical character won't have them all at once ;) . Lock picking for the thieves, performing for bards... Yes Witchers have both Combat Points and Power Points...

    The Witcher

The Witcher RPG was quite ok. You could play pretty much any character - including a Witcher. The rules were quite "light", big emphasis was put on skills of your character. Combat system was very bloody and deadly - if you were hit in the arm, you were in trouble. Hit in the head - out or...

    The Witcher

There are more Witchers - Eskel, Lambert, Vesemir and Coën are mentioned or appear in short stories and books, there probably are some that were not mentioned by the author. Before that time there were many more Witchers - when the world was less civilized, their services were much more...

    The Witcher

There are two books composed of short stories (for a total of fifteen short stories) - The Last Wish and Sword of Destiny, as well as five novels - Blood of the Elves, Time of Scorn, Baptism of Fire, Tower of Swallow and Lady of The Lake. IMO the later novels are, well, not really good -...

    The Witcher

Well, it wasn't exactly a guild - simply Kaer Morhen was "running at full capacity", instead of being home to the last few witchers and no more than handful of apprentices. When it comes to RPG potential - not everyone in a party has to be a Witcher ;-) - they may be wizards, mercenaries...

Unit prices consistent throughout the BE line?

Traveller is an RPG. The vehicle build system there is supposed to let you build a believable vehicle, not to calculate it's tabletop cost AFAIK (at least not a tabletop cost that will tell you, how many TL7 MBTs you'll need to have 50% chance of winning a battle in which the opposition is a...
